โ€œMind-less-ness painting for Scientistsโ€

๐ŸคชThis might sound crazy, but just give me a minute:

 ๐Ÿง˜๐ŸผOne morning, in my meditation session, the following came up: Daria, offer an hour of painting! And my reaction to it was: Hell YES!!!

 ๐ŸŽ‰So, here it comes the date & time for the next occasion: on the 28.3.2024 at 18:00 CET you can freely join this

โ€œMind-less-ness hour of paintingโ€ with me.

 ๐Ÿค”Why am I doing this?  

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ”ฌI am a Scientist, have done my PhD & therefore was trained to heavily use and rely on my mind, brain, logical and analytical thinking. Itโ€™s exhaustingโ€ฆ 

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽจI am also an Artist, who loves to paint because itโ€™s the complete opposite to be and do, compared to what I was trained in as a Scientist. 

๐ŸŽจFor me, art is free, creative, restorative, mind-less and allows me to be present, get into my heart, soul, body and out of my head.

๐Ÿ’ก And this is highly beneficial for everything, even my mind-related and analytical activities ;-)

 ๐ŸคฏI have met many scientists who want to get out of their heads, so I thought I could offer such an activity & see how it resonates with people! 

๐Ÿ”‘ The aim is, to not think, analyze and use our mind, but rather be free, have no plan & just enjoy the process without any pressure. But donโ€™t worry if that sounds too scary, I will guide you through this hour, so you wonโ€™t feel lost!

๐Ÿ’ซ If that sounds interesting, here is what you need to know: 

What do you need?

โฐAn hour of your time & a place you can paint.

๐Ÿ“„ Paper, or another surface you want to paint on.

โœ’๏ธโœ๏ธ Any, and I really mean ANY art supply you have. It could be just ballpens, crayons, paints, pencils, markers, fingerpaintโ€ฆyou name it. Maybe your kids have something in store!

๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿด If you use paint, have brushes ready, or: ANYthing you can apply paint to and go crazy on your chosen surface. Fingers always work ;-)!
